Today, the media trainer – Akerke Berlibay, press secretary of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a seminar on the topic “Communication management in social networks” for employees of the branch in the Aktobe region.
During the seminar such issues as personal profile, social networks, maintaining the organization’s business pages, exchanging information between networks, working with negative reviews were discussed in detail.
