In order to improve the system of advanced training of civil servants and create unified training standards, from December 2017 the regional center for training civil servants has been transformed into a branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A branch of the Republican State Enterprise “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the Aktobe region was established on December 27, 2017., on the basis of clause 11 of the charter of the State Enterprise “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the letter of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02.06.2017 No. SPPC-6-4814 – SPPC – 1997.
The branch of the State Enterprise “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the Aktobe region in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “On education”, “On state property”, the Charter of the Academy and other regulatory acts , as well as the Regulations on the branch of the Republican state enterprise “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in Aktobe region .
The subject of activity of the Branch is the implementation of the functions of the Academy, the protection and representation of the interests of the Academy in the Aktobe region as a separate structural unit of the Academy.
The purpose of the branch is the implementation of educational programs of postgraduate and additional education (training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants of the LSA and territorial divisions of the CSA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, personnel of the diplomatic service, judges, employees of the judicial system, law enforcement agencies, military servant, civil servants, employees of state administration, enterprises, legal entities with state participation, as well as persons interacting with the State Administration), as well as the development and implementation of project management in Public Administration.
