The Aktobe region branch of the Republican State Enterprise “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” announces a competition for adjunct lectures to conduct classes on a paid basis as part of retraining courses and advanced training seminars for civil servants for 2022 on the following topics:
HR management
– Digital transformation
– Communication Management
– Budget planning and state procurement
– Local government
– Oratory
– Social networks and public relations technologies.
– Customer focus
– Data visualization and analytics
– Accounting and financial accounting
– Business process optimization
To participate in the competition, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1) practical experience in the public service and / or experience in conducting trainings (in the public and quasi-public sectors) for at least 3 years;
2) the presence of higher education / master’s degree, the presence of a PhD degree is welcome;
3) knowledge of the state, as well as Russian languages;
4) possession of interactive teaching methods;
5) letters of recommendation (desirable).
Acceptance of documents for participation in the competitive selection from January 13 to January 27, 2022.

Applicants who meet the requirements will be invited to an interview for the presentation of their programs (in the state / Russian languages) with members of the commission on February 1-2, 2022.
The presentation should include:
– goal, task, thematic plan, teaching methods, list of sources used (for the last 5 years);
cases and exercises.
