That project was started today in the branch. Project was initiated by the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Aktobe region, supported by regional departments and branch of the academy.
What is main purpose of that project?
Indeed, in accordance with the requirements of today, it is not enough to master the skills and competencies corresponding to the position of public servant. It is important to focus on the consumer, to be informed in each sphere of public services. With these purposes the heads of regional departments informed about the progress in implementing of state programs in the region, and will answer questions from listeners and colleagues.

Seminar was presented by the representatives of the:
- Department of Entrepreneurship;
- Department of Agriculture and Land Relations;
- Health Department;
- Department of Education;
- Office for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs;
- Public Procurement Office;
- Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services
In general, we believe that such an open dialogue platform is another step towards arming with the full knowledge of each public servant participating in the implementation of the “Hearing State” concept.
