The branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region launched the project “Days of the branch in the regions.” The project started in the Martuk district.
The uniqueness of the project is the practical testing of technologies for transforming civil servants, conducting brainstorming, and factory ideas aimed at identifying and solving pressing issues of the development of the district.
The main goal of the project is to improve the skills of effective leadership and professional management.
Within the framework of the branch project, the akim of the Martuk district, Yermek Kenzhekhanuly, shared the features of the public administration system and the global experience of public administration with civil servants of retraining courses.
