The Aktobe Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has launched the project “Trainings for the Close Social Environment of Leaders”.
This project aims at strengthening the personal brands of the heads of the govermental offices and the culture of personal growth through the involvement of the close circle of the head in this system of personality development, as an important component of his brand.
Within the framework of this project, the first training for spouses of managers on the topic “Time to invest in yourself” was held today.
As a result of the training, the participants made a diagnosis of personal development, determined their personal profile and thus outlined the ways of self-development. They also mastered the techniques and methods of prioritization, planning, efficiency and time management.
