The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the state of the branch, select ideas for the further implementation of specific projects in order to improve the system of State administration.

After meeting with the staff and discussing important issues that are relevant in the process of work, the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Abil, together with the heads of the department, representatives of departments, civil servants included in the Presidential youth personnel reserve from the Aktobe region, were attended by graduates and undergraduates of the Academy state administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, civil servants of the region to the factory of ideas.
⠀During the event with Civil Servants, the following ideas were presented in the areas of improving the Civil Service and the management system, optimizing business processes, digitalizing public services, social and personnel policy
At the end of the event, a number of these projects were selected, and project proposals were also voiced.
On November 20, 2020, the rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Abil visited the branch of the Academy in the Aktobe region.
