Up to this date, the Aktobe Regional Project Office has been monitoring all ongoing budgetary investment projects and activities in the region, using project management elements and information systems.
In accordance with the approved schedule, seminars are held in the amount of 40 academic hours to train civil servants about project management and certification in accordance with ISO 21500-2014.
As a result of the seminar, the participants will get acquainted with the content of project preparation and management, organizational bases and improve the skills of evaluating the effectiveness of projects.
