Today, a two-day seminar has begun at the branch for the heads of the Akim of Aktobe and the regions and personnel management representatives.
The day began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Aktobe branch of the Academy and the Akim’s Office of the Aktobe region. The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the akim apparatus of the region Nurzhaugan Kalauov.
