Work with complex staff
Today, at a seminar for managers, Zhanar Seilkhanovna a freelance trainer of the branch, held a seminar on the topic “Working with difficult employees.”
The main goal is to learn management skills and use effective methods to encourage employees to increase their productivity, as well as work with hard-working staff.
The training examined ways to optimize work through messages “you” and “I”, coaching, transformational issues and negotiating with people with a complex nature, who do not want to perceive information, irresponsible, not admitting their mistakes, not working on their own development.
