Today, under the project “25 star lectures” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coach, psychologist-consultant, facilitator, master of pedagogical sciences – Victor Sergeevich Malchikov conducted an interesting training on facilitation and its application in managing activities and making decisions.
Within the framework of the president’s message, the event “Factory of Ideas” was held today in Aktobe branch, in which Heads of departments of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of Aktobe region, as well as doctors and candidates of technical sciences took part and presented their ideas about the possibility of a strong Aktobe region.
For the 25th years of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of “25 stars lectures”, Aktobe branch of the Academy has conducted guest lecture with the participation of a member of the Association of Business Women of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MBA laureate, kayzenman Baktygaliyeva Ainur on the topic: “Management technology” (kaizen).
